    Presentation Only...............$250 (minus CD & Banquet Dinner)

    The cost of the Banquet Dinner and Proceedings CD will be posted during registration and is dependent on our cost, but is expected to be ~$55 each

(1st) Authors are limited to one 16 page paper or two 8 page papers.

Further presentations only can be given if approved by the Organizing chair.

This is to limit our editorial cost per paper.

We will consider additional papers with an editorial fee of $250 per 8 page paper , but these cannot be a continuation of the first 16  or two 8 page papers.

Deadlines

                         Initial Abstract Submission .........  September 15 (extended)

                         Draft Manuscript...........................September 30 (extended)

                         Final Manuscript ...........................December 15  (Firm)

        After September 30, a draft manuscript must be submitted  instead of  an abstract for new submissions. Please contact the organizing chair for any late submissions.
