Making Spaceflight Policy

Roger M. Logsdon

"The making of U.S. space policy is very much a process in which different groups with different interests and different world views from both within and outside of the government  interact  with the hope of reaching agreement in a way that maximizes their interests. As such, this process is well-suited to a sociological analysis. This talk will describe and analyze from a group dynamics perspective the most recent review of U.S. space policy."
