No refunds will be issued to authors after approval of their paper for publication.

All others may request a refund of their registration fee (less a 20% processing charge) before January 15, 2009 by calling the Institute for Advance Studies in the Space, Propulsion & Energy Sciences (IASSPES) at 256-694-7941. All refunds will be made by mail and no refund will be made after January 15, 2009.

A $50  late Fee will be imposed on all Registrations after 15 December 2008.

1.   Full Registration permits access to all the conferences and workshops, SPESIF-2009 proceedings on CD-ROM, coffee breaks, banquet ticket and the free admission of one co-attending college or university student accompanied by their College or University Professor; limited to the first 25 fully registered College or University Professors.

2.   Co-Attending Students or Additional Co-Attending Students permits access to all the conferences, workshops and coffee breaks. Does not include a banquet ticket or the SPESIF-2009 proceedings on CD-ROM, both, which can be purchased separately with this registration or at the forum; if available.  Co-attending Students or Additional Co-Attending Students tuition should not be paid by an employer. 3.   Non-Accompanied or Full Student registration permits access to all conferences and workshops, SPESIF-2009 proceedings on CD-ROM, coffee breaks, and banquet ticket. Must be full time College or University student. A copy of your spring registration should be fax to IASSPES prior to (or presented at) the conference.

4.   One-day forum registration: (Indicate day of attendance) permits access to all conferences and workshops only on the day indicated; includes SPESIF-2009 proceedings on CD-ROM and coffee breaks. One-day registration does not include a banquet ticket, which can be paid separately with this registration or at the forum if available.

5.   Single workshop registration: (Indicate workshop) permits access to only the workshop indicated; includes SPESIF-2009 proceedings on CD-ROM and coffee breaks. Single workshop registration does not include a banquet ticket, which can be purchased separately with this registration or at the forum; if available.

6.  Guest names are required. Guests must check in at the registration desk to obtain a name badge and banquet ticket.
